Crusaders! All buses are cancelled for January 17, 2025.
High school diploma exams will proceed as scheduled for all students who can safely get to school. Contact the school if you have any questions.
Our school will be open and regular classes will proceed. Programming may be modified if large numbers of students are absent.
If your child will be absent due to the bus cancellations, or for any other reason, please let us know. You can report an absence using the School Messenger app, or by calling the school directly.
Safety is our top priority and we want to make sure that all of our students who plan to attend arrive safely. If you do not notify the school of your child’s absence, you may receive an automated attendance call asking you to call and confirm that they are absent.
Drive safe, God Bless.

Important Notice: Weather Delays
Safety is our top priority. Due to current weather conditions, please anticipate potential delays this afternoon. LCSD appreciates your patience and understanding as we work to keep everyone safe.

Crusaders, you’re in the spotlight! ✨
We’re celebrating your incredible achievements in our latest Success Stories feature. See how your hard work and dedication are making a difference:

Last week, staff at AJSH participated in an underground theme week.
Monday was ninja day, Tuesday was plaid day, Wednesday was "anything but a cup" day, Thursday was Dress Your Decade day and Friday finished off with dress like a student day (some teachers may have also taken on student personalities as well!).
Safe to say, the staff had a great time dressing up and gaslighting students all week!

Assumption students gathered today to celebrate the third Sunday of advent. This week we light the candle of joy, otherwise known as the Shepherd Candle. This third candle of Advent reflects the joy that comes through Jesus’ arrival and through the salvation he has gifted us.
A few of our students took it upon themselves to hand out candy canes, with scripture attached, following the liturgy. Thank you for being our school's very own "beacons of joy."
Romans 12:12 ~ Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

The votes are in! 🎉
